Please be kindly informed that I will be taking a sabbatical from private practice beginning April 1st, 2019. Return date to clinical work is undetermined at this point. 

The clinic location at the 1507 Dunlavy St. Houston, TX, 77006 will be offically closed by 03.31.2019.

I will continue to provide the clinical services as usual until then and be assisting you during your transition to another provider. I deeply appreciate each one of you, and your confidence in my practice.

Assisting you in your life journey is the highest privilege one can ever attain in a life time.
