"I no longer accept new clients via health insurance panels that I am currently in-network with. Also, I have decided to resign from all my involvement with the insurance panels.
If you are an existed client coming in with insurance, please consider this announcement as your official written notice to locate a new provider within your insurance network. If you wish to continue to work with me -please address your concerns, needs and wishes, next time we meet in person to improve your experience during this transition period.
I am very thankful for your overflowing business and confidence in my clinical practice, and sincerely feeling honored to have met you during your unique journey.
